April Wrap Up

It is getting really hot here in sunny Florida and we have been gaining and losing vendors pretty regularly. Our newest includes Shady Oaks Farm on the Yellow row and Southern Women Crafts also on the Yellow row. Shady Oaks Farm has baked goods, homemade fudge, some jewelry and homemade canned goods. Southern Women Crafts has handcrafted bead and wire Jewelry and Accessories and hand crocheted items like hats, purses, drawstring bags and much more.

The first of April weekend we had the Civil War Re-enactors in the park shooting off their cannons and running around in their costumes. Very entertaining for both the customers and vendors. The Easter Holiday brought out the little ones with Face painting, pictures with the Easter Bunny and a market sponsored plastic Easter egg hunt through the many vendor booths. Fun was had by all and we hope all of our vendors made a little more money than they owe this month.

We have vendors moving around from one row and section of the market to another so keep that in mind as you are wondering around the market looking for items.

Toni’s Kitchen has specials for each day of the weekend so drop by her booth on the corner of Red and Yellow rows. It is rumored that her seafood poor boy is really delicious.
