February First Music Weekend at the Market

Welcome to the end of January and the beginning of February 2020. The market is constantly changing in vendors coming, going and moving around. The only constants are that we are open every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. But that is what makes coming out here as often as you can so interesting. You just never know what you are going to find.

While walking around the market today I noticed that we have an actual “MUSIC STORE” opening up tomorrow in the place where the leather guy was. Scott has on display his collection of Guitars, amps and other items of interest. So, come on by the corner of the Yellow and Black Rows right next to Ray’s Coins and Antiques and help celebrate this new shop opening.

With that new shop in mind, we went around the market and discovered that are several musical instruments available for sale in and around the various booths on almost every single aisle. Come on down and get yourself one or two, join a band, take a class or just teach yourself how to make your own kind of music!

Food Places

Toni’s Kitchen on the corner of the Yellow and Red Rows is featuring Spaghetti on Friday and will be making up some dark meat chicken pieces using her “wings” sauce. That along with a pot of Great Northern Beans and Blueberry Cobbler for dessert.

Diane’s Snack Shack on the corner of the Green and Red Rows is having their regular home-cooked meals along with various snack foods and some desserts under glass. Come on by and check out their menu board today.

Mystic Cottage on the corner of the Yellow and Blue Rows will be having their famous Buckeye Cookies as well as Cinnamon Rolls, Cherry and Apple Turnovers, Valentine Gingerbread Cookies, and Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Debbie the Fruit Lady – has quite a big selection of fresh fruits and veggies for you to choose from at the entrance of the Green and Black Rows.

Dixie Honey House – on the black row has a huge collection of their famous honey as well as out home-canned goods inside the tiny home. Drop on by and see what’s cooking.

Vendor Updates

Betsy and Richard Hunter Crafts have added a brand new wooden sign above their shop door on the Red Row along with some lovely string of lights. Their shop is looking cozier every day. She is also now making rice bags for your neck.
